Our laughter and relaxation sessions are based on Laughter Yoga.
The techniques combine gentle stretching, yogic breathing and laughter exercises. The exercises are conducted using childlike playfulness and eye contact.
The sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability as each session is specially created with the participants in mind.
They are not about telling jokes, or comedy-nor is it about laughing at each other. There just needs to be a willingness to participate. Sessions last about an hour and the easily learned techniques can be used in day to day lives.
